Board Changes

Big Technologies plc (AIM: BIG), a leading provider of electronic monitoring solutions for criminal justice and remote care, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sangita Shah as Non-Executive Director, effective 28 July 2025. Sangita will be Chair of the Audit Committee.

Sangita is an experienced Non-Executive Director and adviser with a wide portfolio of listed companies and privately held businesses across multiple sectors. She brings over 25 years' of strategic leadership and board-level governance expertise. She currently serves on the Boards of Inspired Energy plc, Forward Industries Inc, and is the Chair Designate for the Quoted Companies Alliance ("QCA") where she has been a board member since 2020. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Chartered Institute of Journalists.
