Big Technologies plc, the UK-based, remote people monitoring technology company, announces that it was notified on 9th November that Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, purchased an aggregate of 5,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on the 8th November at an average price of £1.77 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Morris, together with his beneficial interests, holds 365,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.13 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
