("Big Technologies" or the "Company")
EBT Share Purchase
The Company has been notified by the Trustees of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"), that the EBT has purchased an aggregate of 229,638 ordinary shares of £0.01 pence each in the Company at an average price of £2.05 per share.
The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.

Following this transaction, a total of 1,029,638 shares representing 0.35 per cent of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
