Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Transfer of shares to joint holding
Auto Trader Group plc (LSE: AUTO, "Auto Trader" or the "Company") was notified on 11 July 2019 that Ed Williams, Chairman, and his wife, Joanna Barkwill, had on that date each transferred 3,437,722 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company into a joint holding for nil consideration.
Following the transfer, Mr. Williams' total holding of shares in the Company held jointly with his wife remains unchanged at 6,875,444 shares representing approximately 0.74% of the total issued shares in the Company.
