Extension of Share Options

Asiamet Resources Limited ("Asiamet" or the "Company") reports that it had previously resolved to extend the expiry date of certain share options to 1 November 2022 as set out in the table below. This was due to the Company being in a close period at the time and the desire to provide an opportunity to those individuals to exercise over the course of 2022. Accordingly, the options currently held by the Directors in the Company are set out in the table below.
