Exercise of Warrants and TVR

Angus Energy Plc announces that, following the receipt of an Exercise Notice by Aleph International Holdings (UK) Limited ("Aleph"), it has issued 127,400,127 ordinary shares of £0.002 each in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of 1.0989 pence per share ("New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

Aleph management comments: "Angus is a very strategic long term investment for Aleph and the Energy Security of the United Kingdom. Our Group and its Partners are very supportive of Angus's management and its plans to grow the Company from a small cap to a Major player in the Production and Storage of Energy, through organic opportunities and acquisitions."

Accordingly, the Company has 89,496,995 warrants over Ordinary Shares outstanding.

Admission to trading

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for Admission of the New Ordinary Shares . It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on or around 17 October 2022 ("Admission").

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 2,891,664,391 Ordinary Shares in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote (the "Enlarged Issued Share Capital"), each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The above figure of 2,891,664,391 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
