Winsford, UK: Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (AIM: AMS), the global medical technology company, is pleased to announce that, in accordance with AIM Rules 20 and 26, the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2013 were posted to shareholders on 16 April 2014 and are available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website http://www.admedsol.com/Investor_Relations.
The notice of meeting convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which will be held on 20 May 2014 at 11 a.m. at the offices of Tavistock Communications, 131 Finsbury Pavement, London, EC2A 1NT, was also posted to shareholders on 16 April 2014 and is available on the Company's website.
