Directors' shareholdings
Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (AIM: AMS), the global medical technology company, announces that the following Directors purchased ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 23 April 2009, as part of the Deferred Share Bonus Plan. These Ordinary Shares were bought at a price of 34 pence per share and, under the terms of the Plan, will be held in trust on their behalf.
