Dividend Timetable

All Leisure group plc announces that its final dividend of 1.22 pence per ordinary share, announced in its preliminary results on 27 February 2009, will be payable to shareholders on 24 April 2009, with an ex-dividend date of 18 March 2009 and a record date of 20 March 2009, subject to shareholder approval at its annual general meeting on 14 April 2009. The final dividend will be payable in cash with no scrip alternative.
