Board Changes post the recent acquisition of Page & Moy Travel Group Limited & Announcement of Joint Venture with Cruise & Maritime Voyages Limited ("CMV")

On 16th May 2012, All Leisure PLC ("ALLG") announced the acquisition of the leading tour operator Page & Moy Travel. The acquisition is wholly aligned with the Group's strategy and has excellent commercial rationale, as it both reinforces All Leisure's existing market positions offering holidays to customers in the same age profile, and increases its exposure to new markets. As part of the rationale for the acquisition the Board announced that it would seek to provide numerous synergies across the two businesses in order to maximise the future success of the combined group.

In order to make best use of the combined assets and management strengths of the combined group, the Board is today announcing changes to the Group structure, to provide a platform from which to grow a successful and profitable business.

Directorate changes:

Firstly, Ian Smith, currently Chief Executive Officer of Page & Moy Travel Group, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer for All Leisure Group plc. Rob Bryant will take up the new stand-alone role of Cruise Fleet Director on the Group board and will be responsible for all aspects of the operation of the group's cruise vessels - the fleet having grown from one ship, Discovery, to now having four ships Minerva, Voyager and Hebridean Princess alongside Discovery.

Secondly, Neil Morris will move into the role of Chief operating Officer. In this role, Neil will be primarily responsible for implementing synergies within the Group. Chris Gadsby who is currently Finance Director at Page & Moy Travel Group, will become Group Finance Director. The roles of Chief Operating Officer, Group Finance Director, and Cruise Fleet Director will all report into the Chief Executive.

Joint Venture:

All Leisure Holidays Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of All Leisure Group plc ("ALLG") is pleased to announce it has signed Heads of Agreement with Cruise & Maritime Voyages Limited ("CMV") to enter into a Joint Venture whereby both companies will jointly market the cruise ship mv Discovery commencing in February 2013. CMV will operate mv Discovery for a period of 249 days following her return to service after planned dry dock. Departures will be offered from five regional ports in the UK (Bristol, Liverpool, Hull, Tyne and Harwich), together with fly cruises to the Mediterranean and Black Sea in the Autumn 2013. The joint venture is targeted at the value end of the cruise market.
