Holding in Company

The Directors of ALLG have been notified that the beneficial shareholding in the Company of Argos Holdings, which has previously been notified under "The Bank of New York Nominees", has dropped below 3% of the Issued Share Capital as a result of a disposal of shares and they are therefore no longer required to disclose any interest in the Company.
