All Leisure Group plc20 February 2008 All Leisure Group plc - New Finance Director Appointed All Leisure Group announces the appointment of Guy Marchant as Group Finance Director All Leisure Group plc, the destination-led cruise operator, is pleased toannounce the appointment of Guy Marchant as Group Finance Director. Guy Stephen Marchant (33) joins from the activity sector of Tui Travel where,after a role in Group Finance for First Choice Holidays PLC, he was Head ofFinance for Adventure Company and Trek America. Guy qualified with Deloitte &Touche prior to joining First Choice in 2003. The group also confirms the appointment of Deloitte & Touche as group auditorsfrom 1st November 2007. Commenting on the appointment, Roger Allard, Executive Chairman, All LeisureGroup Plc said: "I am delighted that Guy is to join All Leisure. This senior appointmentrepresents the fulfilment of another of the undertakings made at the time of ourflotation on AIM in October and represents the completion of another key stagein the group's transition to listed company status."
