Final dividend - determination of US$ Dollar equivalent and Dividend Reinvestment Plan

Further to the announcement released on 26 April 2016 by Anglo Eastern Plantations, the Company proposes to pay a final dividend of 1.75p per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2015 (2014: 3.0p). Subject to the approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, the final dividend will be paid on 11 July 2016 to those shareholders on the register on 10 June 2016.

In addition, the Company announced that shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in US$ Dollar will receive 2.5 cents per share (2014: 4.5 cents). Calculation of the US$ Dollar equivalent of this dividend is based on the exchange rate of GBP1=US$1.4409. This has been determined using the exchange rate at the close of business on the dividend record date, being 22 April 2016. The last day to elect to receive or revoke a currency election is 16 June 2016.

The Company operates a dividend re-investment plan ("DRIP"). Holders of shares may elect to reinvest their final dividend*. The latest election date is 16 June 2016.
