Anglo-Eastern Plantations PLC08 October 2007 ADMISSION OF SECURITIES TO LISTING ANGLO-EASTERN PLANTATIONS PLC ALLOTMENT OF SHARES PURSUANT TO EXERCISE OF SHARE OPTIONS On 5 October 2007 18,000 ordinary shares of 25p each were allotted with effectfrom 12 October 2007 fully paid to employees who exercised share options grantedto them in accordance with the terms of the Schemes. Application has been made for the 18,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted tothe Official List of the UK Listing Authority and for admission of thesecurities to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that dealings in the new shares which will rank pari passu withthe existing issued ordinary will commence on 15 October 2007.
