RESULT OF AGM/BOARD MEMBERSHIP AND ROLES

Result of AGM

At today's AGM, all 11 resolutions were duly passed.

Board Membership and Roles

As envisaged in the Preliminary Announcement of 30 April 2008, two independent non-executive Directors - Mr Peter O'Connor and Mr Ho Soo Ching - retired at the end of today's Annual General Meeting.

Dato' John Lim, who was appointed an independent non-executive Director with effect from 26 April 2008, becomes Senior Independent Non-executive Director (in succession to Peter O'Connor), Chairman of the Audit Committee (in succession to Ho Soo Ching) and Chairman of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee (in succession to Peter O'Connor). He has also become a member of the Remuneration Committee.
