Block listing

Anglo-Eastern Plantations PLC announces that applications have been made to The United Kingdom Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange plc for a block listing of 305,700 Ordinary Shares of 25p each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to be admitted to trading upon the exercise of options granted under the Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc Approved Executive Share Option Scheme and Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme ("The Scheme"). The Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and. will be allotted from time to time in accordance with The Scheme. It is anticipated that the block listing application will be granted on 22 July 2008 and trading will commence on 25 July 2008.
