Application for Admission to Listing
The Company announces that application has today been made for 11,500 new Ordinary 4p shares ("Shares") to be admitted to listing pursuant to an exercise of share options announced by the Company on 29 December 2011. It is expected that dealings will commence in the new Shares on 10 January 2012.
Following the admission to listing, the issued share capital of the Company will be increased from 55,508,274 Ordinary shares of 4p each to 55,519,774 Ordinary shares of 4p each.
