In addition Mr. Nicolson is a director of Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited, theTrustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers Employees Benefit Trust which holds454,250 Ordinary 4p shares in the Company. Aggregating personal holdings and the holding of the Trustee, Mr. Nicolson is considered to be interested in 1,334,948 Ordinary 4p shares, which is equivalent to 2.89% of the Company's issued share capital.
