Transfer of Shares from the Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT")

The Company announces that on 6 April 2011, it approved the transfer of 97,527 Ordinary shares of 4p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")Β from Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited (the "Trustee") as Trustee of the EBT to a former employee pursuant to the conditions of the termination agreement between the Company and the former employee.

As a result of the transfer announced above, the Trustee now holds 699,027 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 1.26% of the Company's issued share capital; and

B J Stevenson and L K Moran are directors of Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited.
