The Company announces that on 28 September 2010 it received notice of the following purchases of ordinary shares of 4p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company:

Additionally, Barry Stevenson and Liam Moran are directors of Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited, the Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers Limited Employee Benefit Trust, which currently holds 875,667 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.58% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company also announces that it received today notice from Mr Greville Nicholls, the Chairman of the Company, of the following transaction.
As part of Mr Nicholls' pension arrangements, his Self-Invested Personal Pension Scheme, registered in the name of James Hay Pension Trustees Limited, sold on 28 September 2010 17,766 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company at 286.5p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction Greville Nicholls' beneficial interest in the Company's shares is 584,746 Ordinary Shares, which is equivalent to 1.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
