Exercise of Options by Employee
The CompanyΒ announces that itΒ receivedΒ on 27 October 2009, a letter of exerciseΒ from an employee in respect of an exerciseΒ of options overΒ 4,000 Ordinary shares of 4p each at a purchase price of 107.5p per share under the approved executive share option schemeΒ
Application for Admission to Listing
The Company further announces that application has today been made forΒ 4,000 new Ordinary 4p shares to be admitted to listing pursuant to the exercise of share options under the scheme detailed above.Β Β It is expected that dealings will commence in the newΒ Ordinary shares onΒ 3 NovemberΒ 2009.Β
Following the exercise of share options the issued share capital of the Company will be increased fromΒ 55,410,274Β Ordinary shares of 4p each to 55,414,274Β Ordinary shares of 4p each.
