(The only fly in the ointment is the fine line between when GDX rebalances in September and the fact that a company needs three months of reporting data to comply with joining.....going to be tight).

Lots going on in here today.......

Shorting.

Perleeeeze.....let's not raise that ugly head again, now we are in the ASX. Rules change for shorting - stricter and no 'naked' shorting allowed meaning shorters have to have the funds available before they short on ASX whereas on the AIM they 'borrow' other peeps shares for a short while.

Yes shorting continues but currently on AIM it approximates to around about 1.4% of GGP stock - which is a paltry and almost infinitessimal amount.

On ASX, GGP hasn't been around long enough for enough data to indicate the level of shorting yet - but believe me it will be much much smaller again.

Balancing the books.

As I have iterated in my roadmap - We will be eligible for a GDX entry and rebalance come September. At the same time we are looking at entering the ASX200. Van Eck rebalances in September too. BIG month for GGP (SP wise), July and August gives II's (etal) time to accumulate too - so we will be front and centre of all this activity over the next 10 weeks.......ten weeks!

GGP reporting

Pressure is building internally for SD to release updates on Telfer amendments to the Telfer MRE. DFS is becoming a pressure cooker! Other tenements reporting. Massive amount of incoming data to pour over.

Copper up 12%

Nickel down

Cobalt up 20%

All of which GGP has in its inventory.

For all you newcomers = calm down. Focus on mid to long term. We are in amongst the big boys now and ANY previous concerns/anxieties are well and truly behind us. Comment on how much we will grow as a business and from an SP perspective. Worry not about the day to day, week to week changes you read about. SD has transformed this company beyond any recognition. He has the best BoD for a reason - watch it play out and enjoy the ride.

We have indeed been infested by dozens of new names on this forum talking absolute rubbish. All the quality conversations have vanished as LTH's retreat and leave it to individuals talking about froth. (My broker website isn't working properly / why are the shares backtracking / I'm buying loads more at this price ).

Yet amongst all of this wasted bandwidth we STILL get long termers arguing with peeps who they should have filtered months and months ago. C'mon Hydrogen - Plode was binned last year sometime and you have just spent 15 minutes of your time responding to him. The annoying thing is - you have wasted my time reading your post replying to a green line!!

To all those 'newcomers' - DYOR and then contribute to this forum with something constructive - please? Leave your one liners and ridiculous comments to the pub.

There is so much to learn here and so much to build on towards your investment going fwd. The journey is months, even years ahead but if you don't want to stay that long or don't have enough skin in the game - go play elsewhere.

Time to consolidate! So anticipate opening on the ASX on the 24th June @ 4am BST at around £3.27 (A$6.20)..

But volatility is in play due to intense supply and demand, no doubt. II’s / ETF’s have been book building so strap in and enjoy the show.

I expect admission to the ASX200 eventually by Q3/25 during rebalance possibly earlier. ASX300 is a given.

Now that we’re in serious company - shirt and tie please ;)

MF11 - I thought they were 120m short for their GDXJ listing to balance (from 0.51 to 0.94%).

I believe this shortfall will be enacted in the aftermath of the ASX listing.

Goldroo - I think you speak for many a LTH. We're simply seeing a new group of shareholder joining over the last 6 to 12 months - going through what we all did during those dizzy early days. They'll calm down eventually when facts emerge rather than fiction.
