By dilution ratio - I mean as a consequence of the consolidation required to join the ASX.

I may have missed any explanation for the delay between the original "First Ore" date (Q1/25) and the new revised (post reverse takeover) first ore date of H2/26. If anyone knows the answer to that, could they share it one more time for latecomers like me please?

Failing that, if anyone is going to the TH meeting - could they ask this question on our behalf please?

My 2nd question for the TH meeting is: what is SD's prospective dilution ratio, he is planning on? (For the ASX300).

From a corporate perspective - SD has played a blinder and indeed he has bought the crown jewels for a pittance. Let there be no doubt there. But I am not here to blow smoke up the backsides of Wyloo/GGP. I am here to enhance my holdings.

I now have two thorns in my side:

1. DFS/First Ore delayed for many months, possibly year(s).

2. 13,000,000,000 shares in issue (shortly). A market capital of £1.3Bn just for the shares to be worth 10p each. For them to be worth, say 30p, the MC would have to be just shy of £4Bn. [Panama would like '50p' (£6.5Bn)].

And this is all BEFORE we consolidate during the ASX transition.

I guess: "Be careful what you wish for", springs to mind.

And so we prepare to join the premier league. The BoD together with Wyloo(AF) will hold GGP's hand and guide it to new heights. ASX next (once the takeover is complete), decline recommences (after tailings dam is fixed) and a bullish DFS follows - paving the way for First Ore. The D2M is a certainty.

I am now recalibrating my expectations by preparing for an accretive dilution (post equity release / ASX) and a delay in operations while SD gets all his ducks in a row.

Let the games begin.........

I was hoping for news by the end of August but a September drop still keeps it inside the Q3/24 I had reported on in May.

The aquifer and dewatering seems as good an excuse as any to divert attention but the real reason for stopping the decline is, as has been mentioned today - the fact that NEM have suspended ops @ Hav (care and maintenance) while the sale progresses. Makes sense.

GGP (Andrew Forrest) will not let this deal slip through his fingers - too much invested, too many of his team involved. GGP will buy Hav@Telf.

BoA are (as we speak) crossing the T's and dotting the I's for an ASX listing which will only come about after GGP buys the going concern.

I expect results imminently (Q3/24) - and possibly a hint/taster @ SD's next town hall meeting (though not the whole gambit). I expect the aquifer and the decline to be resolved by year end.

Radio silence suggests a lot of hard work and DD behind the scenes.

There is light at the end of this tunnel - and it's the gold..........................glistening.

Firstmodern.

It's no good - peeps seem to enjoy being sucked into discussion with them. And as a consequence of that - it starts a chain reaction: we get to read responses to the filtered person...over and over again. clogging up the forum. This then leads to a forum full of rubbish which has nothing to do with the company, which leads to the interesting comtributors withdrawing from it.

A good example of this is SOLG. Started out as a very interesting and informative platform - to what it is today: absolutely destroyed. Complete and utter trash.

This forum is going that way......all because certain posters refuse point blank to filter the trolls.

A quality CFO - I understand that. He meets the calibre of the existing team - but why another Fortescue ex-employee? What is Wyloo up to?

We have debt funding in place, we have the goods (gold, copper, mine, processing plant), and we have a company called Greatland Gold which is looking more and more like a Fortescue clone. Penny for your thoughts, Shaun?

I guess comments like this are to be expected on a free public forum. Takes all kinds.

Petejh- congrats on profiting from the spike a while back ( genuinely). But I think you’ll agree, it was with luck and a fair wind that was the case ( otherwise you’d have sold out completely at the time).

I notice you say you’ve been here 7-8 years. When GGP was just an idea on paper. Surely to speculate then - really was pure guesswork and a punt.

There are no certainties in life and gambling on the stock market is just that. However, minimising risk helps enormously:

Picking when to buy.

Researching the company to within an inch of its life.

Investing money you can afford to lose.

Holding your nerve.

I bought in Jan 2019 when I knew they were going to start digging.

I spent tens and tens of hours researching.

I invested money I could lose ( not easily but it wouldn’t cripple me).

I held my ground during covid and Ukraine.

The rest was/ is outside my control .

But when peeps come out with comments similar to the start of this post, one is reminded how easily a fool and his money are parted.

Close the laptop, go for a run/swim/beer I say…..👌

there is very little left in this world where one can make great rewards for very little effort anymore. the saying "no pain, no gain" still stands, i'm afraid.

A reminder of the predicted time line for those on the side lines who don't post on here often but read a lot. (from a post I made weeks ago):

My questions were actually put to SD and for that, I am grateful. The response was as expected, given SD’s sensitive circumstances, so ambiguity prevailed but enough was stated to provide me with a slightly clearer picture of the time line…

The dewatering of the final aquifer should be complete in H2/24. Being optimistic, I am projecting Q3/24. Once they break through this layer, he expects the remaining rock stratum to be excellent for drilling. The incline falls at 7 degrees with a vertical depth of 80m to go. This means we have approx 660m of decline remaining. Based on SD’s description of the quality of rock and my interpretation of previous decline average daily progress- I am going to assume 6m/day (which is above the average - to date).

This gives me 110 days of drilling and blasting from recommencement of the decline post aquifer. This places us mid Q4 on arrival @ the motherlode.

Ore will be extracted at this stage (production ore) and stockpiled for 6 months in preparation for feeding the processing plant at Telfer . Mass production of processed ore will then commence circa Q2/25 (FCF?).

(The SLOS will need to be constructed once the decline arrives at the motherlode in mid Q4 and this entails a further decent of approx 500m to fully establish a working SLOS mine running at approx 3mt/ annum).

I have one unanswered question - even though the suggested aquifer problem should be resolved by August this year - that means 8 months for the cessation of drilling activities @ Hav.

IMO - it doesn't take 8 months to dewater. Something is afoot.

Again IMO - that something is NEM winding down @ Hav and negotiations taking place with whoever - to buy it out.

We could well have a new boss in August. Will it be GGP or Wyloo?
