GGPThru and tru - regarding the optimisation of the ore@Telfer (2 week campaigns).

I suspect SD is looking for the best (optimum) processing throughput @ Telfer by 'trialing' 2 weeks of telfer ore and then trialing two weeks of Hav ore to see how the plant is coping with different grades/ore etc. Once this is determined this could then help them to maximise efficiencies in extracting the source ores and recovery rates. Ultimately then, they will then fine tune their processing trains to maximise output.

It's going to cost upwards of $750m to tackle Hav. By making the processing and recovery rate as efficient as possible - they can keep costs to a minimum.

SD 'bought several (exhausted) mines with less than 6 months shelf life remaining - whilst @ Northern Star and turned most of them into long life (10yr plus) operations.

Not only has he bought a "bargain of the decade" but he won't stop until he squeezes every last drop out in the process.

Doozer, two things.

1. You're getting mixed up with "gold in the ground prices" and "processed gold prices". The former is a tiny fraction of the cost of the latter. Current gold in the ground prices (2023) range between $30 and $300/ozAu. You can't value the company simply by multiplying the number of ounces not yet mined x the gold price. Doesn't work like that.

2. Be very very careful using Open source AI. It is in its embryonic stages and can range in validity from between 0 - 100%.

Use this product with caution and by remembering the adage: accurate in = accurate out. Then back the answer up with good old fashioned due dilligence and research.

In the specific case of Hav:

Mining costs (AISC) currently estimated (and increased) @ $818/oz.

Recovery rate: 82%.

Processing costs: Zero (we own the processing plant!).

Tax: CGT/Company tax/State royal regimes tax/super profits tax - all have to be considered.

But base level should be considered at around 30%.

Catchme - to my knowledge, no-one has done the maths to calculate GITG prices @ Hav.

The high grade stockpile of 11.5Mt of ore contains 247koz @ 0.68g/t.

The low grade stockpile of 19-23Mt of ore contains 262koz @ 0.3-0,4g/t.

Total stockpile currently: 31 - 34Mt of ore.

Total gold: 509kozAu. Recovery rate: 82%, Some of the low grade gold may be uneconomic.

Estimated recoverable gold approximately: 420 - 430kozAu.

If only one train is used @ 10Mt/yr, throughput will take: 3+yrs.

[Option to use both trains controls seamless transition into Hav processing].

Estimated (continuous throughput) profit/month: £26,000,000. Telfer only.

And welcome newbies as you join us at a pivot point in the ongoing development of GGP.

For those new to the scene - might I take this opportunity to summarise where we are and where we might be going - in layperson speak (where most of us live!). A mixture of fact and hope, dare I say:

The reverse takeover of NEM in December 2024 has revealed a stockpile of riches (literally).

Even though the Au grade is low @ 0.77g/t, the recovery rate @ 82% and the lack of heavy AISC expenditure means that approximately 420kozAu @ £2100/oz will end up in the bottom line for GGP within the next 15 months (before talk of additional mining @ Telfer is mentioned). This together with what they have in the bank already suggests GGP will have just shy of £1Bn (GBP) in the bank (£110m in the bank already and £800m incoming).

This will not only cover the expected costs of producing gold @ Hav (Est: $US600m) but leave a lot more for expansion plans in future. The worry about funding is OVER.

Telfer plan(s):

Run 2 trains for foreseeable to bring the money in. Explore previous uneconomical embedded ore bodies and benefit from them by recovering the gold at todays gold prices. Telfer could easily extend its runway to 2yrs+ if SD's suggestions are anything to go by. The Telfer MRE will address this fully.

(IMO) there may be sufficient capacity @ Telfer to suppress any desire to tout for processing income from other gold miners.

Havieron plan(s):

Recover the gold via one train and one decline to recover the 2.6MtAu 15+ months from now.

Consider a 2nd decline due to foreseeable increase in ore (190+tonnes) expected from the mine. Run 2 trains initially.

IMO - a 2nd decline would need to be something other than trucks. Most feasible option would be a conveyer belt arrangement running 24/7. Trucks running in both declines, to me, seems impractical and a H&S hazard.

Again IMO, I expect the DFS to indicate a rise from 2.6Mt to circa 5Mt. One decline couldn't handle this.

GGP joins the ASX300 soon - gives it more leverage on the aussie market and more options for any M&A activities. I genuinely think SD is still hungry for power!

I also think there is a possibility to position GGP under a parent company to make M&A easier / separate management of its holdings to protect the parent company / tax efficiencies, etc etc.

I hope the naysayers will calm down now - no one can seriously take GGP with a pinch of salt anymore - those days are well and truly gone. Only 6 years ago, GGP had $4m in the bank and 5 staff. I challenge anyone to tell me that SD is a dud.............

For a company that has gone from $4m market value to £800m in just 6 years is nothing short of miraculous, especially as it has produced NO gold (to speak of) yet.

What has distorted the picture (for you, maybe) is the 13,000,000,000 shares in issue and the fact that the gold is still in the ground to date (ish)..

ASX300 / consolidation / MRE's / FCF are all catalysts that will realign the SP to a more realistic figure, for better or worse.

Then and only then will you see the fruits of its enormous growth and prospects.

Take a look around you and research how long (on average) it takes an explorer to become a producer - it might calm your nerves.

Thank you guys for pinning down the source of this '590'kozAu.

But may I draw your attention to the notes at the bottom of page 228?

The metalurgical recover rates for each of the three sites is 74%, 78% and 90% for the gross figure of 590kozAu which is in fact 466kozAu net. And it is this figure which is headline news, not the 590 gross.

I wondered why SD wasn't making noises over and above the advertised output over the next 15 - 18 months.

Trippytaka - you surprise me. I took you for a GGP stalwart and all. Yet you now criticise everything SD has done to get us this far.

He appeared late for the start of the show, got his head around the way fwd and started digging as a minority shareholder @ Hav in 2019/20. Not even 5 years ago. Since then he has navigated the minefield that NCM had laid down, recruited the best BoD in mining history, locked in 100's of millions in guaranteed loans, safeguarded 1200 jobs, become a major miner, bought another mine and processing plant and secured potential mining territory as far as the eye can see......ALL in the blink of a (mining) eye.....

and yet you denigrate him in public for not producing the goods?

Take a long hard look at what has happened here since 2020.

Look at how long it takes to find / dig / produce gold and copper in the industry.

Project the returns imminent on 35kozAu/month for the next 15+ months from Telfer.

250-300kOzAuEq/year for decades, from Hav.

This man has not only done in 5 years what the average miner does in 12 -15yrs, he has far exceeded it.

In a land where mining is a religion.

SD currently just promoted himself to God.

Please try to remain calm and in control.........it will come.

I admire your chutzpah Doggy100 in levitating the share price quoted in 'Sunday Roast' from "30/35p" to "40/50p" but let's not frighten the horses, eh......

There are even more shares to be issued - rising to 13,000,000,000 in due course. That would make the MC worth: $7.5Bn (top end). Do-able but not for a long time yet.

In the meantime we have the ASX300 to deal with and some suggest a consolidation figure of up to 10:1 maybe.

For now - I'm happy we're heading in the right direction for double figures by maybe end of Q1/25.

I notice a couple of "newcomers" here of late (might be LTH's from the shadows?).

Let's not second guess what's incoming - simply because there is too much incoming!

We've just bought a mine some satelite jurisdictions and a fully operational processing plant. SD has changed direction wrt which mine gets his attention. Telfer is coming online very shortly, Hav is on the back burner. Telfer (ex NEM) staff and machinery stays put, more refinement necessary to rinse every drop of gold out of Telfer to provide a comfortable income for the next 12-18 months. At such time - Hav will be warming up, DFS complete, stockpiling, conveyer belts / shafts - 3m tonnes per year for train 1. It has been mentioned that to get Hav to first gold could take up to $350m. Bear that in mind.

Other sites for exploration ongoing, deals to be made with other operators to use the processing plant.

Meanwhile - ASX listing / consolidation / new company name maybe? Up to 13Bn shares on issue. II's buying into the stock etc.

Overall - too many known unknown's and the occasional unknown unknown!

Let Wyloo/BoD/ NEM (@20%) take the strain - sit back and enjoy the show (you've paid for a front row seat after all).

Struggling to keep up - been so busy lately. Had a quick look in this evening.....and that was 2 hours ago! Great to hear from some old timers like - Dip / Doors / Redirons / Bamps / Starbright / Schlemiel, etc who keep us on the straight and narrow.

Busy times lots to assimilate - but the mist is lifting now.

The biggest thank you, of course. has to be for SD who has excelled as the MD of a 'disruptor' - catapulting us from minnow to major in 5 short years. He doesn't have to keep us PI's as up to date as he does especially when it comes to face to face meetings held 12,000 miles away from his head office!!! Thank you Shaun for being there for us throughout.

And thank you Telfer - in your final throes - giving up your all to allow us free access to the prize @ Hav.

Year six and seven are going to be very busy - I hope many of the LTH's will stay the course - as Redirons has just said so elegantly.
