Manlord, let me bring you up to speed - Element 1 (aka: Hydrogen) has been with GGP probably as long (if not longer) as you have. He is steeped in GGP shares. He is qualified in the world of geology. He knows a lot about a lot in this field.

If he is guilty of anything - he is verbose. Why explain something in one sentence when a volume will do. he also tends to embellish at times.

But in the round - he brings information which adds to the big picture.

Apparently - those who have met him at these get togethers, suggest he is genuine and consciencious.

I have learned to accept his ways.

Might I suggest you take more time to assimilate before you assassinate?
