thanks Geo student; so: - Current mcp £3.75 million - Share price 0.065p - Debt around £8 million that could be converted into shares/paid by December - I assume that ALO are confident that they will be able to pay this back within 6 months? Lets suppose the market views that the fair value of ALO ought to be 15 million. this would mean that the shares should theoretically open at 0.26p??? Is this method of calculation correct???

I know they have mentioned end June as likely relisting in the past RNS. However I thought they might have given more details in this RNS?? any thoughts

Having been involved in open offers before (specifically with POG), the process can be time consuming and often needs to be done at a discount. 20% is more than what I would have wanted, but I think that is the standard rate. Good news and it is v positive: 1) the funding is done and we are ready to go 2) we are already mining the stuff so we should start generating revenue 3) we have raised what we need to end of June - game on.

long term holders clearly know what is meant by patience. hopefully will be rewarded soon. I really was expecting a decision by now.

given that ALO has been delisted for about 5 months, it is incredible how much interest people have shown consistently throughout. I have never seen this happen in other shares. ALO will be big

not sure; but could it have been a sell?? perhaps the person who bought 200k - selling some of it??

I was holding MARL at an average of 2p, waited, waited and then they gave out warrants at 2.5p and then I just bailed at 2.3p. If I had waited 2 months i would have hit the jackpot! v annoying.

by the low sp. I have been in since it was 0.8p. if it was any other AIM company it would have quadrupled. strange.

what I would also add. IMHO - if this does drop, I would suggest you do not top up just for the sake of averaging down unless it is part of your CURRENT strategy. you do not want to end up losing more than you can afford. like I have always said. Big, big rewards but don't get carried away with your holdings. GLA.

I was hoping that we would have been given the outcome by now. Just wondering how long further this will drag on? always said that this was a binary bet and nothing has changed. massive upside but possible 20-30% downside in the short term whilst waiting for results. however on balance I would still say hold.

Quindell, Did they not give the general and co shares in PFP as part of the deal?

There are many posters with knowledge here. If this share is considered to be highly investible before it is relisted - when is the value reflected (in terms of percentage increase in the value of your shares - I am not talking consolidation etc)? - does it shoot up as soon as it is relisted? - or can it happen before relisting sorry if this is a daft question? :p
