I think it will be done soon but probably not yet. why do a placing now if the deal has been done? Gut feeling is that it went up because peeps knew a RNS was about to come out and went on a buying spree. this happens every time. However I have a feeling that it will not fall below 1.2-1.3p (if it does fall); still huge upside.

we should be hearing something today. we got this following the results of the AGM: "Update on the Revised ZCI Debt Restructuring As set out in the Circular, in late September 2017, the liquidator, Leboam and ZCI, agreed in principle the terms of the Revised ZCI Debt Restructuring and to an extended longstop date of 14 November 2017. The Company announces that the parties have now agreed to extend the longstop date to 28 November 2017, in order to finalise the legal documentation in respect of the revised debt restructuring"

I bought in here around a year ago on RKaz's recommendation. I sold out because I got nervous but did quite well out of it. it was a v good recommendation based upon the information that was available. Since then, I have been keeping a close eye for re-entry. I think the tantalum business side is still good but it needs to take off. the issue is the 12 million mcap and the lack of information about production etc over the last year. To me this means nothing much has happened. Having said that if numbers were good, it would not be sitting at 5p. this has the potential to bag but we need to see progress. I still sit on the fence for an entry point - I am likely to miss the boat but will wait.

I am sure you are all bored to death with this. Am I correct in my understanding: 1) 28th November - debt stuff sorted. 2) after 28th November they will try to raised the �1.25 million 3) they will then relist anyone?

Beaufort have a target price of 61-64p. does this tally with your calculations??

not sure but I am guessing around 50p. a lot of these shares are held by medium-long term investors so this bodes well for holders
