AGMs almost never contain updates. the resolutions are sent prior to AGMs. I was not expecting any news today. I expect to be updated on any agreement or progress immediately and NOT at the AGM,

The following were the steps that was published a few months back: (I assume the shareholder subscription forms part of point 1 below??) 1) secure funding 2) publish 2016 accounts (as soon as funding secured) 3) update the draft pathfinder Admission Document 4) payment to the liquidator 5) Company will submit the requisite 10-day notice for readmission

up till a couple of months ago, the share deals would be in their �100s and you would see the occasional �1000 odd deal. now we are seeing deals in their thousands. I get the feeling something is going to blow soon

just read through the circular. I guess we just have to say yes to everything. our hand is forced. So once this all passes, what else needs to be done before relisting?

previously I have said that this is a binary bet. It still is to some extent. however I feel that this will creep up possibly to 2-3p before the final decision is made. if this happens, then it might become tempting to sell, even though the initial strategy was to keep to the end. therefore I have topped up (more than I initially intended to) and will sell some of it should it reach 2.5p plus prior to the decision. Not sure buying extra is a good thing. time will tell. GLA

it is still holding better than it has in the past. Prior to the rise, this was quite solid around 1p. so abrupt downside is small. don't panic!

this rise seems to be more solid than it normally is. it would normally have fell back to 1p on the same day. I think speculation will drive this up even if decision is not imminent. I said it before and I will say it again - The market cap is around 2-3 million. one agreement and it will be worth x25/30 this. I am surprised that "even speculation" and risk/reward punt has not driven this up to mcap of 6-10 million. Look at BEM, COPL - may not be entirely the same. I cannot see why this cannot get to 2-3p before the agreement.

when you look at other companies that have market caps of �20mill+ on just speculation, you wonder why this is not even 3p.
