who knows? but I will not trade. we have never been so close to a resolution. personally when courts (civil cases) don't want to make a difficult decision, they encourage out of court agreements. this gives both parties to weigh up whether they are prepared to risk it in court. I think this is what is happening.

I want to get back in but few things putting me off. My concerns: 1) Larry appears to make contradictory remarks: he said in June that Aftan at full production when it clearly was not 2) In july said - 3 tonnes to be shipped imminently yet in October the third and fourth yet to be shipped 3) how on earth are we going to get to 30 tonnes a quarter when only doing 1 tonne per month at best, views please

I have been anticipating a relisting for quite some time like the rest of you. Now I am in no rush so long as we do relist. in the interim the mine is being upgraded and if we relist when it is in full flow, it will be a big bonus. Plus we will not see violent fluctuations in share price. On relisting I will be looking to stay in medium/long term - depending on what happens.

By now the General knows that PFP will not give up. placings will continue for more years if required - the risk reward will always be worth it. At the moment no one is winning. If General refuses a deal - who will trust him with funding? Lets take worst case scenario if deal reached: The macp in my opinion with licences is �100million plus. It is currently sitting at �2million. even if we retain 50% of the company, the macp is �50million. x25 of current price - in otherwords 25p. We should have this wrapped up by March. the risk in my opinion has reduced significantly in the last year. there is nothing better than getting an out of court agreement. The General is likely to agree - it may also be seen as a means of vindicating him. He is held in high esteem in Zimbabwe.

it appears to have got closer but they still have not completed the funding which is what we have been waiting for. I guess there will now be a massive placing which we can all contribute towards. This sounds like POG a few years ago. I did the placing on that occasion and was better off. good to hear views of holders

feel bitterly disappointed for investors. I reluctantly sold out at 11p on its way up - needed the money but felt really bad about it because everyone (including me) were of the opinion that it was going to get 20p plus at the time. almost a year on, my feeling is that the investment case here is for the tantalium rather than the lithium. if they do sort this out then it should see 10p or more. I am looking to get back in so it is not in my interest to talk up the share. GLA, i sincerely hope that this does come good.

seriously considering buying more, even though I have always stated that you should only risk what you can afford to lose. RNS v positive. placing at 0.75p makes me wonder whether there is an opportunity to add sub or around 0.75p. this has potential to x5 bag atleast. risk reward at this price still looks good. if newbie I would buy in. given that I already hold some, I think I will wait.

GS: they could not provide any further information. they did say that other shareholders have been enquiring about the same thing and that they needed to respond (I assume that they were referring to the letter that the shareholders group sent out recently). also they did say that some communication would have to go out at the end of the month due to the tentative deadline for completion.

I called up today. no funding has been finalised as yet.

According to shareholder letter: 1) secure funding 2) publish 2016 accounts (as soon as funding secured) 3) update the draft pathfinder Admission Document 4) payment to the liquidator 5) Company will submit the requisite 10-day notice for readmission I guess we are now on step 3/4 - according to document, this should be relatively quick and straight forward. so we should be expecting news on step 5 soon - well atleast in the next week. so readmission likely first week of October. but lets take one step at a time - its been a long journey!!!
