PJ; when I said nothing has changed - I referred to the fact that funding is still required and the board appears to be still trying to do it. In essence compared to 1 month ago, in my opinion nothing has actually changed except for the delisting. What your shares were worth 6 months ago, 3 months ago and now is immaterial. you could not sell them anyway. I am not saying that everything will be ok or that we are in a great place - I am just stating the facts as I see them. The RNS does not say that you will be diluted by 300%; it is a consolidation. therefore does not change the value of shares

agreed, The way I see it, nothing has actually changed apart from the delisting. the fund raise was always going to happen anyway. its great to hear that it will be around the delist share price.

i am working on the 31st . I am going to try and take the day off, but its looking unlikely. would have been good to meet all those on this board who are attending.

It appears that delisting is only a formality. I guess the question now is - will they be able to complete before running out of money? its v frustrating. we never needed to go for this reverse takeover. we had a gold mine and could have waited to get funding. In any case if this was not to happen, we would have got plenty of warning to get out if we so wished.

We are all v annoyed by this. it would be good to get views from those with knowledge/wisdom. the questions: 1) what could be stopping this reverse takeover - is it red tape or is a third party being difficult. 2) if these mines are so valuable, would it not be easy to get funding to see through the negotiations? even if this is a bridging loan I am not quite ready to accept that the board did this on purpose.

In Beaufort's piece on Alo, they speculated that they may raise money at 0.13p. not sure if I read this correctly, but how would this work? if they raise 2.5 million at 0.13p per share; would that have any bearing on the opening price? apologies in advance if I sound daft

The wait is always more difficult near the end. If this share was not suspended, it would have been a field day for mm. this would be swinging like a monkey. some of us would sell at a loss because we would lose our nerve. I have lots of shares, I felt quite anxious back in March but I can see things are progressing. almost there. Hold on,

if they need any more money, they will sell the rest of the general's shares. after that, I don't know what will happen. time ticking. Binary bet; but I am getting thoughts of getting out now. there may never be a decision in my life time. i may as well spend the money!!!
