This new BOD can will lose Mendez at some stage and bring on another experienced member, however this BOD will also disband at some stage if their resolutions keep getting voted down by bitter shareholders who were sold a LIE by previous board members

Agree on the Menzel part as I dobt see what he brings to the table. Everything else I would disagree, as what you want isnt going to happen, and the sooner you realise that and understand the reality that its happening.

Aa for dilution, approx 56 million shares are in essence not dilution, if you can figure out why then great, if you can't, then I am sorry

I could lie and say I bought in the .3s and then sold in the high 2s, but alas it woukd be a lie. Lowest I got in was in the .6/7s as well as in mid 1.5s selling at profit and some times loss.

I dont have 50k to put if it ever went to .40 but I would consider an entry. All depends on what the interims reveal I suppose.

I disagree, these are not special resolutions and as such only need 50% to be successful, even Lunn despite being not liked by most got 46% of the vote, I believe in my opinion this will squeeze through.

Could you please share with everyone the lease's' you are referring to. As it was very clear that the leases in the +2000 acre site are non existent now.
