I have to agree about Mavriky, his explanation of Ukraine valuation was excellent. And yet, am I am sure the TG would have him out of the door if they could.

Yes the cash position and assest position seems strong, but at what cost. How many shares were added into the market to achieve this "cash position", as these dilution placements effectively killed off sentiment. I hope the BOD have learnt their mistakes from 2025.

Aware of that, but its going to take 3 months minimum to get an EGM. I expect by this time your "alternative plan" will be a thing of the past.

Resolution 1 passes, TG lose their grip on the voting power they believe they have, then bring on the Agm and to approve the 2024/25 accounts as well as approving the headroom shares.

Are you confident that all TG are fully aligned, I mean resolution 1 only needs 50% to pass!!!

My point being on Resolution 1, if this passes with 50% of the vote, the TG groups strength in voting power is GONE, hence panic.

If I am correct, resolution 1 is confirmation of the pledged shares to be reallocate to Shareholders, ans requires 50% to pass the resolution?
