On what grounds do investors have to request an Egm, dont say transparency, interims already out, I will say this, if the accounts are not published as per what has been said twice not by the CEO, last week December/ 1st December I will happily support an EGM.

I am sorry I just don't buy it. If there is such a plan it should have been seen by now, you say upcoming Egm, well two failed court cases later and now you say another Egm on the horizon.

Maybe being suspended for this amount of time as made me cynical, but the BOD has presented an offering, and this is the only one on the table.

So you are asking investors Gasman to vote no despite not seeing any evidence of an actual plan but on blind faith.

As for the Petroquest deal, if PPP never returns then Lunn would not lose the money owed for the loan but he would also lose with the shares that are coming his way. One would think he takes the 50%, loan comes off the books, he gets his shares and woukd make significant amount when he gets to sell them sooner that later I would assume.
