By not putting out any PR regarding the 10 million the the momentum has already gone. The SP is drifting yet and again, nobody knows about Sement, that will probably stuch in the courts for an age. My point being, the BOD are inept and the SP reflects this.

This 90% rubbish is just that as I dont include the possible 60 million shares as dilution.

You know very well there is distinction between the lent shares and J.White shares as well as Spinks noted multiple times all shares would be returned to shareholders.

I am not getting dragged into an argument on this point, shares are pending to be gicne back as per Companies act 206, I have nothing else to add.

As per the RNS Section 793 of the Companies act 2006 has been enacted regarding ownership of the shares. The share are there waiting, if.they are not claimed they cant be issued(that is my basic understanding of it, probably many caveats)

+60 million shares were leant from shareholders and sold, they were never returned and now as per the last AGM these shares will be returned and obviously dilution will happen. Everyone is aware of this and its beem RNSs multiple times
