In saying that, they can call a GM when ever they want with regards to voting on the prospectus for the RTO, one would assume that all shares would have been returned by then(Depending on Section 793 Process)
That would need to be voted on Hepran as they would need to share the prospectus via an AGM. The next Agm isnt until September which is too far away, by September that would by 26 months in Suspension
What happened SteveE60 I thought you said this was over and I was part of the reason as per below, seems it was yourself who was very ilinformed!!!!
"The relentless posts from newuncle zag and hepran probably did the job of converting the ilinformed to vote yes which was a great shame as whilst we had some control over the situation we don't anymore the nightmare will come to an end soonish"
Strange isnt Dsaf, someone who attacks all levels of PPP hasn't been contacted by the Chairman, yet ones(and I am sure there are many) who are appreciative correspond on a regular basis.
Expect to hear about a new TG starting to push the merits of the amazing opportunities in the Horse Hill project despite UKOG spending over 20 million on it and selling for 1 million PONZI.
