You can't pre-order a new phone if you don't know about it. My point is and you will disagree Aim because its me writing this, but a strong PR campaign is what is needed to let the heard know about GST as its unknown.
Every new phone/car/movie etc gets hype before they are launched and not after. PR is crucial to get the word out now so people(investors) will get their research done prior to everything being ready.
My own theory, but being involved with the cruise line business for a considerable amount of time I have a good insight. Today its, build them bigger etc
