I am not the one who wrote they were trying to get 51% of the shares or that more clns are coming. I am simply pointing out Under Rule 9 of the UK Takeover Code, if the bidder builds a stake that reaches or exceeds 30% of the voting rights, they are legally forced to launch a mandatory cash takeover bid for the rest of the company.
