You are aware that plenty of investors bought PPP on the way up and not just around the suspended price or higher, so not everyone who chooses to sell at the end o suspension will be(if they sell at all) "at a catastrophic loss" as you put it. The ones who have been crying for months will be looking at what happens before pressing sell despite telling everyone to sell.
