I would like to understand several things from the call and one being which ones Spinks is referring to in the below excert form his statement

"Most importantly, now, for the first time in many years, shareholders and the Company are working together to return the business to trading"

Unless they release information regarding new projects via an RNS they wont be able to disclose any information on via the call except that they are looking at alternative sites to Texas. Call is probably about why they decided to move away from Texas.
