What EGM and alternative plan are you referring to, there isnt one as nobody has seen or heard about expect for you and Townman, and no application has been made for an EGM!!!

Explain on what grounds an Egm can be called for, let alone actually having one.

You are edging towards a plan that you haven't seen and have no clue what is in the plan so in essence taking a stab in the dark. If there was such a plan why has it taken more than 18 months to NOT BE SEEN BY ANYONE, BUT YES IT IS BETTER THAN WHAT IS PROPOSED. Sorry townman, you are being taken for a ride by TG.

"I want the time and opportunity to absorb the current PPP direction and also to fully consider the alternative plan, upon receipt". more than 18 months they have had to present and alternative plan, and still its not been seen by ANYONE. The only reason why the mysterious plan is now being mentioned as this new BOD are moving rapidly to ensure that PPP is brought back ASAP with full transparency and strong governance, unlike the crooks who ran the business previously didn't do.

And anyone who defends Evans in any role he is in I have a serious concern about.

No one is going to invest without getting something, they have had 18 months to provide a plan but nothing but "we have a plan" that nobody has admitted to seeing. There was always going to be a form of dilution because of the shares owed and with 106 million only in play this is tiny. I understand some have high averages, but that was down to the incompetence and BS from the old old BOD. If they want any chance of getting anything back, vote yes and get this ball rolling.

Yep, we have an EXPERT CEO now running the business, lives in Ukraine and very knowledgeable about the additional Regional plays that PPP are interested in, I mean come on folks what isn't there to like. This new BOD are moving quickly to get drilling and getting the business back to trading . And yet, some are still wanting to vote on an apparent Plan, that nobody has seen. Wake up.
