Totally agree, Commy. Suspicious of why now to issue that RNS. They probably worried price too high for buyer, maybe? They got to understand many LTHs here bought at many times higher than today's sp. with their hard earned money and are hoping to recoup some of their huge losses. The share price today is still very low and cheap.

Last year when the announcements of new BOD taking over Richard Chase and also the possible RTO the sp went to 0.16p. That RTO was done through usual channel and is lengthy and costly. Watch out for 'SURPRISE' RTO which maybe done differently and prep. in background which would reduce time and cost. Remember this is a shell and BOD got less than 4 and half months to get new business before out of AIM and ASX listing still in suspend till they come up with proper to meet ASX regulations.

Are they trying to market Skinny Tan to those markets mentioned, that is S. Korea, Japan, China and Russia. To be honest I think they have not really done a good research on those markets. Why I say that - because almost 99% ladies in S.Korea, China and Japan aim to look porcelain fair NOT tan. The fairer they are, the prettier and attractive they are. Not too sure about Russians. If they are marketing their other products, maybe workable but RNS just mentioned Skinny Tan for these markets.

Totally agree. A joke! - fine £210,000! - is peanuts to the broker as many other peeps bought at high price and locked in losing lots of money. Also I think it was under their radar when the scam legacy happened. Not too sure what others' opinions are. Not sure if FCA can be approached to make them into look further into the cases and fine them more. Was it not in the article that they (Cornhill) compensated the investors on their loses? How about the us - the pi?

Just to say today's almost all trades are buys NOT sells. 0.66 and above are buys but showing in red /sells so don't otherwise seeing the sea of reds. One of them is my top up. As Strider4 stated news imminent.
