Not being rude here but straight talking - were Andrew and Sergii not been working hard looking at RTO options and also were they not given trust by shareholders since last year when they're appointed. More than a year of waiting and trust for them to a successful conclusion -sufficient? yes/no? And we've not heard from them. Surely can forgive shareholders for thinking they're sleeping at the wheel. And now will they do a walking?

Agreed with brat90. Jm-k, you got 90million in your name and shareholders behind you. Was it not with some reasons to do with PeterH you decided to resigned? Perhaps is time that you as a big shareholder and us, shareholders have our say and time.

In earlier RNS stated they'll appoint a broker to convert ASX shares to AIM - wonder how this to be dealt with now? And when the easiest date for the ASX shares to go into the AIM to sell? All of course if they now got plans for new broker, new forward etc.... NYO BOD (Mr Andrew Wright) now needs to come out of shell and address. If Mr Wright reading this, I think is also courtesy and obligation as a BOD to response to shareholders' emails and inquiries. Please turn a new leaf and be a good one as many here have put their hard earned money in here over the many years and please don't just flush them completely away in the drains. . - Thank you.

The results are what majority of shareholders wanted so why bad /doozy RNS? BOD now got to come up with one/some opps. and flow with shareholders' directions. Although I've rang me broker to do the voting for NYO @3 July AGM it is now available to do the votes online and just done so now. For those not done so and if you want your say please vote now before it's too late. Did same as my phone vote - 4,9,10. Apparently if PeterH. not in there's talk of others.

If liam7124 is correct (see his post below) then it won't be downhill more. He's sounds confidence and wonder if he can further share with us more. There might be talks of plans among the very big holders.

BigDish wasn't interested in NYO RTO previously die to ASX listing (told in RNS). If votes on Mon. for ASX delist, does it means BigDish might get interested again as nothing heard of their IPO. There's talk of RTO into a oil co. / similar on twitter - more info. anyone?

Thank you, Liam. Voting agenda/details not in my online account so phoned TD and now voted yes to 4,9,10 too. Notes to others not voted yet. Online accounts will probably not have the usual voting facility for this share (stated in RNS that voting can be done by attending/ through proxy). Suggest contacting your broker asap as nearer to EGM on 3July broker will not accept votes (some needed them to be in at least a week before).
