This is a real gamble with fire isn't it? Going private in Malaysia with shares held not liquid - can shareholders be assured they'll be treated fairly and honestly with company progress?

Sorry I don't follow this share but happens to read RNS that Nomad resigned, this getting delisted after tomorrow so why are pi still buying this?

Never ever filter anyone; no need to as my head and eyes can do that judgement. Only did search for "Hmmm" (without ...) - display shows no post at all. Searching for "Hmmm..." - shows no such. Just thought was strange for admin to remove posts even is no significant and is just common posts. Someone must have reported. Anyway no big issue........am moving on. All posts are people's opinions; some, one may like and some not but all people's free speech and thoughts.

Beamer, good to hear that your selling here and putting into others and are going up. Just shocked with this news which am not prepared for. Any kind advice on where I can reinvest hopefully I can recoup some. (Agree also with your feeling of the company going private and not in UK. so if people hold to their shares tight and not sell, they can't fill and there's where the excitement of short squeezing starts and the price goes sparks. So decide if you're going to help them or help yourself.

WOB, sometimes MM got not enough stocks to sell so they limit online buying but if your broker assist to get phone quote they charge much more. If they can't even get phone quote for this, looks like someone in the market needs plenty of shares and not enough in the market. Sounds like what be going round is true then and surfacing.........guys, hold tight to your shares, don't let them go cheap.

WOB.., to be more precise are Peterhouse Cap.' clients...and a trading game. Sorry can't put in writing all as you learn through experience but here's briefly:.... Why? - 1) Greed & Impatience. They had placings Tranche 1 @0.02p and Tranche 2 at same price but needs approval at EGM which is not until 3 July. So when the sp. was rising last few weeks they sold into it to make quick profits. Added greed they forward sold those shares not approved or released into the market yet to make more money. By selling, it brings sp down and they can buy back - rinse and repeat. But if others are not selling and in sticky holdings & there're not available shares to buy then they can't buy to resell for the small % of profit. (They are happy for the small % profit if they can keep doing it over and over several times - that process can be lucrative too. Also they don't need to stall their capital). Eventually they hold it for longer term for bigger rise if they think there's news. If there're not available shares to buy to commit to those they already forward sold and if those to be delivered before the next tranche get admitted to trading or not approved at EGM, then they'll be forced to buy from market at whatever the high price. Now it seems that this is what is happening and heard that some big volume of shares are in sticky hands.

If the shares issued are to be issued to PH at around current market and not at 0.02 it'll be more acceptable by shareholders and market.

my respect to you, jm-k. Doing what directors were appointed to do in the first place - looking after company's and shareholders' interest. Well known in the market Cornish are crooks. Proven - that's why fined by FCA. Wonder if jm-k can comment on Peterhouse since he no longer Nyo Chairman after today / yesterday. Will be much better if he could help poor long suffering shareholders here by giving more info. on the background of the company now (same time he probably has some clauses tie to his resignation).
