Mr James Patrick Normand,is only on the non-executive director position. As Baba rightly said he's appointed for a unique reason. He was the Finance director from 2009-2016 for Pathfinder to sort their financial mess (not the CEO to main run Pathfinder) so good news if he's here to assist NYO finance too - which looks like NYO needed that. (IMHO).

Thank you, beton2. Fantastic post. That's exactly what is needed here. Honest opinion, very well said! Is common knowledge on any share, funds, investments or even business venture - all have risks! Even a share in FT100 can go bust or you can lose all your investment in it. As I posted before this is at it's bottom price, hence the downside is small and the upside gains can be huge. I've been in this share since 2015, held small volume then and topped loads up last year with news of RTO. So didn't sell on the rise or dip. I can easily top slice now but look forward to my fat bacon. Once Plan B / C is out this will be a different share; a growing monster maybe. IMHO, last 2 RNS gave lots of hints where this is heading.

Hmmm, I appreciate & understand your view. Taking that consideration that's why the sp. is this price, IMO. And from info. people knows is not going bust and be complete write off, but they look to want to join in the ride when good news come. IMHO the BOD is working hard to put out Plan B or C - that where the interest is. Am sure people will DTOR and decide.

Hmmmmmm, I see. Perhaps not too clear about RTO shells or not able to see the future potentials for this one. What ever in the past many will have researched. But with a RTO, a new company is born and past events do not relate to it. - 1) BigDish still not listed yet - 2) Peterhouse on board - 3) BigDish's loan lapsed - why? may be they can be back - 4) ASX to go. Their shareholders through some arrangements can trade their shares on AIM prices and other arrangements (One of the main reasons BigDish's not taking up previous RTO was not interested in Aussie market and ASX being dual listings costs is a factor too, But with today's RNS, that issue gone). - 5) May have other interested parties looking on the RTO now which may be better than BigDish. - 6) More good news coming. Future looks good and still at bottom price.Forget the past. Future is the money making. This will turn into a whole new business, with new management, so why still cling on the past!

IMHO, this is wonderful news! A RTO is on the plan and they do not want to go into the Aussie market (can't blame them for that). If they got no plan then they probably announce delist the 2 exchanges. To just RTO into just AIM will be much more interest and faster.

As the reason given before that BigDish not RTO into NYO was due to not ready to go into Aussie market. So does it means they are still considering the AIM? - So RTO into NYO in AIM?

Is old news. Was already released on AIM on 11th; didn't affect sp. In fact sp. raised higher which shows market disregards that and have confidence in this which may indicates there's news in the pipeline.
