ART, NEW was suspended and delisted not due to that reason. They about to do a RTO but on the last leg of the RTO the new directors and Ben Turney found a fraud /scam by one of the previous directors to do with money from a financial institution few years ago. So until that legacy can be confirmed to be dissolved or the financial institution not interested on that then it can do a RTO. Atm., is a private investment holding and loan to the supposed RTO, BigSofa is now investment shares to NEW. Meanwhile NEW is also going into other investments. Recently they got a clearance from the Jersey exchange regarding some issue and once they can dissolve that legacy committed by the old directors they can then come back to the market. So not similar to here and NOTHING to do with the short squeeze or forward selling.

Don't think JMK's allocation of shares are approved yet as all to be approved at next EGM isn't it?

But NEW (New World Oil and Gas) was run by crooks directors and nomad at that time. That's is why the nomad got fined by FCA / FCS.

Does it means now Peterhouse got to desperately buys back the shares they forward sold as they didn't have the BigDish loan lots and tranche 2 not approved yet. This clearly manipulated - get the panic selling, then buy at cheap prices for next big rise as now what shown on table so far is going that up direction. Sorry for those sold out at this cheap price and missed out the good rise coming. If you want to make a profit (or breakeven for your buys before at higher) then sell later when big news hit.

Probably they didn't enjoy their experience when they're Pathfinder holders BUT this got nothing to do with Pathfinder & people can't see it. Progressing towards RTO and specialist brought in to do that. Well, another opportunity to buy to another level.

His background seems to be in finance. IMHO, a RTO is on the card so his talent and past experience needed here till then. To me let's forget about Pathfinder's whatever position - don't think is related here. IMO, his job here is clearly what needed i.e.. RTO (besides, does NYO has someone to take care of their finances and legality on a RTO proper atm.?)
