Spoken to someone who knows a little more of this co. business. To explain simply - is like an 'inner google' system employed by their clients' for advertising and promotion work of their business. To use Big Sofa's tech. the clients may have to pay an annual subscription fees of a few to several million of pounds to Big Sofa. This is a quite a new co. and is still in it's infancy and I guess they have so far invested lots of money to build the tech. & co. and now needs more fundings to bring it to the next level which is delivery the business and profit perhaps in the next or following year (that is the reason for the loan and also merging with NEW). This is my initial research and obviously more will be released. AR has always said in all his RTO into shells, he'll want to buy in at a placing price which he will also look after the long term and current supportive loyal shareholders.

Adam R. is a chartered accountant, isn't he? IMO, he knows what he's doing. I met and spoken to him one to one recently and I can trust him.

Current BOD has not even aim to achieve £1m! Guess is not a common 'traditional' sort of business and is new digital tech. and might takes time to digest it.

OIlriches, if you sell down then you'll reduce the amount what you hold now to buy. I understand that priority to participate in placing will be the shareholders first. I foresee it will be different from the last placing and will be over subcribed by shareholders and may not be opened to open market (similar to when they did AR's previous RTO companies (OPTI and NIPT)

You're right to notice that, Barloprim. AR is signing off the accounts too. Between the lines, there're lots of hints. There's definitely something up AR and N. Lee's sleeves; they're in the game and probably got an appropriate strategy which may appears slow or stagnant to us but perhaps not rocking the boat atm. may be appropriate. totally agree! Why are they drawing a salary and fees for making continuous losses in a company? Must as well let me spend it and they don't need to pay me for doing so. And how much it costs to do the placing?? That means giving away money to others and the company needed money. Rather than stressing myself, all I can say is a big 'F..." word to them and hope they'll meet their own karma or rot in 'he.l' for robbing shareholders' hard earned money.

Yup Wibble. In the account statement, it shows a £0.1m spent on legal re: action group - anyone any idea why, when and what was spent for that purpose. I don't recall there's an action group bring a legal battle with the co. Don't think that was spent to deal with Ben Turney's action group, do you? Really want this final chapter closes, wave goodbye forever to the old BOD, whom had spent too much on themselves and thrash, and an exciting new life to grow here. Hope the new NEW will follow MTR's path and management genuinely working hard to include the shareholders in their journey.

Is there an action group which NEW is spending 0.1m to fend off them? Thought Ben Turney formed the NWOG action group to bring about a chance to the direction of business and that the only action group I'm aware of. Could someone please shed some light on this please. Thanks for your post. What I like about you is your frankness. I understand where you're coming from. I've done similar to other shares before but end up breakeven or maybe lucky to make some change and sometimes even end up losing so I guess I'm lousy in doing so. With this share I can't see much can be made with rinse and repeat as the spread is so wide and I really do respect and look forward to what AR will do to this, so keep a close watch. Anyway good luck with your ventures. (Not too sure if you're in NYO - could be a new leaf there too once current BOD willing to go. They have some big ii backing).
