Whilst I agree with your appraisal... SS hardly does himself or the SP any favours by leaving us so frequently in the dark. No wonder PI's sell out early and chase rainbows elsewhere, when the newsflow is so p*ss poor.

Without "The Eyes" UKOG's SP would be half what it is now. UKOG should be paying the lads for their FREE service as they offer no positive PR of their own to pitch to potential new investors.

Thank you Plappers always thought you were RTC in disguise... one account simply isn't enough for some...

Out of genuine interest RTC... what price does the GGP SP need to get to for YOU to be "finally" positive about this company?

Well... the one good thing about "paper losses" across a large volume of shareholders is that there is little to no incentive to sell when the SP has been so systematically trashed.

Unfortunately the MM's are going to have to wait until they offer "genuine" value before most will part with them.

I - for one - can afford to wait just as long as it takes :-)

Sadly if SS continues to play his cards close to his chest much longer... we won't have any value left in this company the way the stock is being blatantly manipulated day after day... week after week... month after month!

It's not rocket science after all... We need some CONCRETE NEWS on HH to put an end to this on-going stalemate!

Would be great if there was any "realistic and sensible correlation between discovery and SP... but sadly the reality is:

5mill oz deposit = MM's decide
8mill oz = MM's decide
12 mill = MM's decide...

... etc

The only reason anyone has been selling here is as a result of the war of attrition being played out on the SP by the market makers naked shorting their own stock.

If the SP had climbed in symmetry with investor sentiment and on-going positive news flow, then we would be in a very different place right now, but the market chose to naked short instead... so here we are, until they unwind their position.

Anyone who thinks this is madness, please answer this: "How can UKOG be worth less NOW than it was before selling 8o tanker loads of oil and proving up commerciality on two well discoveries and almost on the verge of proving up a third?"

If the answer to that is PI's selling... you honestly need your head testing!

I find it very frustrating that with cheap modern technology freely available today, the MM's and Brokers continue to resist any and all efforts to report accurate buy and sell information.

Why? You have to ask yourselves...

Technology is such that it is perfectly possible these days to report "True and accurate" buys and sells on ALL platforms... but they don't and have no intention of doing so... all you have to ask yourself is WHY NOT?

It serves the purpose of the MM's and brokers to deceive private investors... they make more money that way. Sad but true!

It pays to use it from time to time... especially when invested in a share which having had its fair share of trials and tribulations in the past... FINALLY comes good and starts to deliver on its promises.

Having been invested here when the SP was far higher and the news was mostly bad... or delayed, I now find myself invested here with the SP far lower on the back of several positive ground-breaking RNS's, solid well commerciality, and proof of oil going to market by the tanker load!

When the market finally removes its head from its behind... we should be reaping the fruits of all those long hard years service as UKOG shareholders... and the longer this fiasco continues, IMHO the case for a complete takeover only gets stronger by the day!

Whatever the trolls say... its just white noise and market manipulation as far as I'm concerned. Time will tell!

I'm not at all surprised.

Been here for a looooooong time and NEVER felt so optimistic about GGP's future as I do now. I've just increased my stake this morning and plan on buying into any dips here.

Even a few weeks back I still honestly had my doubts "after Newmont"... however this one does seem to be playing out with more substance and generating a lot more interest.

I usually trade a smaller percentage on the peaks and troughs, but I really don't want to miss the boat if it sails here and so plan on riding this one out until the year end and adding whenever I can.

Anyone know the current situation with regard to funding and company cash flow. Is there likely to be a further small raise - or do we reckon they have enough to see them through until next year?

Having trawled back through the RNS's, I think we should be okay through until mid next year... but maybe someone else can offer more clarity here please?

I suggest private investors email them and make their feelings known. Clearly the market makers have little regard for our market supervisors and are happy to manipulate this share in plain sight as a result. That does not mean that we - as a community - should take what they give us bent over!

I'm glad we can all agree that the fundamentals of buys v sells do not apply on AIM.

As usual the MM's taking the carp out of the SP and our useless FSA sitting on the side-lines twiddling their thumbs and doing NOTHING at all about it!

Someone should tell them that it's not rocket science. If the MM's allowed the SP to rise "every once in a while" it would attract MORE investors and RH would be able to sell out sooner... simple!

Instead, they drop and drop and drop until they drain the market of investors leaving only the stalwart LTH's who are simply sat on their existing investment (probably underwater) and unwilling to invest more until the tide turns for once...

AIM is bent. UKOG SP being down here has nothing whatsoever to do with investor supply and demand and everything to do with blatant manipulation.

The only plus side is that since they were able to drop so much value on the back of NOTHING but great RNS's and more buying than selling... it follows that they can (and eventually will) reverse the situation.

UKOG has been "seriously" de-risked of late and has everything to play for. Sit tight - IMHO :-)

SP madness - given proof of concept & commerciality!

I'll let "stupid season" have it's run in the sun, put these shares away and forget about them. No matter what happens now, they must be worth a whole lot more in the future IMHO.

Another lesson learned... and another nail in the coffin for the long-term future of AIM in its current form. New companies will simply not be able to attract a significant volume of long term investors if this kind of blatant market manipulation continues.

At this rate, all AIM will consist of are swing traders sitting on the side-lines buying and selling on spikes.

Companies NEED long term investment from genuine holders. Until the rules of risk versus reward & supply versus demand are fully restored... AIM has no future IMHO.
