1) Unfortunately, the old board IS the new board... so NO the chatter will not go away UNTIL the old board members Tideswell (AFTER repaying his long outstanding loan) and Hollis are given the push.
Neither have contributed anything other than appallingly bad management and lousy operational decisions and lost LTH's shed loads of money... rooting the rot out, would put a line in the past and lead to better shareholder relations and more market credibility. Add a Lucan buy-in (since he's so sure of the value here - let him put his money where his mouth is!) and we could be motoring again... Not rocket science and the BOD must clearly realise this!?!?!

I'm sure the "emotionally affected" - of which I count myself as one - will LET GO, as and when we feel we've seen some small semblance of justice served! Not a lot to ask and a price worth paying I would have thought?

Yes, Will... can't explain the rise on "the other share" - which probably spells disaster at some point in time when the next placing is announced.
Money far safer invested here IMHO... even if it's taken a little longer than I expected to turn a corner. Could have added a lot more... but resisted the temptation... foolish me! (still... plenty here to turn a healthy profit)

I agree with your catch 22 analogy.

ANGS need to raise money to give themselves the financial headroom to gain OGA consent... but could do with some positive news in the meantime to raise the SP for a placing at not too painful a discount.
My suspicion is that they will try to bolster the SP by releasing progress news to get a placing away at 1p. They will then immediately follow up with news they are now in a stronger financial position to take forward plans for Balcombe and Saltfleetby to pacify existing investors who will inevitably all feel badly let down "yet" again.

Unfortunately those of us who have been here a while, know how this BOD think! :-(

12th July: "Questions were also asked regarding the Company's immediate financial commitments at Balcombe and Brockham and Managing Director George Lucan noted that the Company's recent equity placement and offer to shareholders included adequate provision for both sets of works and additionally that the Company's cash resources were presently sufficient to meet all reasonable liabilities in the forthcoming months."

That's Forthcoming "MONTHS" DoubleHeadedConMan - which I read to mean another placing anytime soon. These are "always" achieved on the back a ramping spike (anyone seeing a pattern right now?) Wait for the next RNS... we all know what's coming next.

To be fair to them: I think that The Market have seen so many hopefuls come and go over the years (with only investment losses to show for their efforts) that they find themselves currently in unknown territory:

Here we have a "genuine" company success story in the making!

They just don't know how to handle it :-(

Alan's post from yesterday sums it up for me, but here are three questions for you:

1) WHY and how much are we still paying Tideswell?
2) Why hasn't Tideswell repaid his loan and come clean about his dodgy share deling?
3) Why were shareholders told via RNS (By Lucan) that we were testing Brockham when we clearly did NOT have OGA approval?

Personally I've long since given up ever getting straight answers from this motley crew... but if you care to try, then be my guest.

I already confessed a while back (long before you arrived) that I mistook those other negative posters for derampers when in fact they were probably just like me: LTH's who, with hindsight, had woken up to how duplicitous and deceitful the management had been and how untrustworthy they were going forward.

And before you defend them by telling us this is NEW management... Lucan is Tideswell's puppet and Hollis's name was all over Brockham too.... so in essence... just the same old ... same old...

And you'll not be the "only one" averaging down in due course... when this goes South (as it always does)... good luck with your strategy here...

LOL :-) I don't know what this has to do with me BUTD... I've already made my reasons for not pursuing my losses through the courts known here (check my previous posts... since you seem to have a keen interest and lots of free time on your hands).

I do - however - wish every success to those that do seek redress through the courts... and commend RA and others for their concerted efforts in this regard.

Certainly nothing said here NOW can make up for the lost SP value since LTH's were deceived over Brockham...and likewise no comments here can further reduce the SP value which we all know is "entirely dependent" on the actions / inaction's of ANGS BOD!

BUTD, The SP is where it is as a consequence of poor management, delay and downright disaster... that shareholders should wish to comment on ANGS demise is a simple fact of life... so get over it!

I would estimate that the shorters have supplied the MM's with ample trade order volume within an agreed range, so setting an upper limit to sell and a lower limit to buy back. The same stock is continually trading over and over to keep the SP pegged before the next orchestrated movement. Will it be up... will it be down...
