I wonder? Immediately assumed that UKOG would be interested... but what about ANGS... would they buy back in if they now know it is a potential producer?

Try GGP for gold in Australia (safe jurisdiction and awaiting imminent news) or BUR (for a swift return on your investment) ONCE all the shorting activity dies down. Either of those have strong potential upside and are infinitely lower risk IMHO!

Our BOD can be under no illusions about what needs to be done to repair the damage to this company's reputation. Just remains to be seen "IF" they have the willingness to do the right thing by their shareholders yet... or if they still prefer to try to sweep everything under the carpet and continue as before?

I thought the schedule given to us including testing? But the OGA hadn't actually given approval - as it now turns out - so no chance of that EVER happening!

What irritates me most, is the way in which MW, TW, and co... paint themselves as Robin Hoods for the small investor!

A) If there was no money to be made in it for THEM... Truthfully, they would NOT be interested.
&
B) They obviously haven't noticed and evidently don't care, but it's always the small investor who ALWAYS loses out, because they are the first to lose confidence and sell at a loss.

Annoying as it is, the best method of defence is to walk away and leave your investment until this has all blown over. I expect August will continue like this... but not long before September arrives and SHOULD bring some common sense and normality to market valuation here, IMHO.

Blimey... where have you been for the past few decades... obviously not investing in shares, if you "honestly" believe the red and blue markers are accurate. Investors have been challenging parliament to alter this system for years to report "correct" factual buys and sells!!!!!!!!!

All depends on how long you plan on holding. If you're day trading then - obviously - NO... if you are trying to build a profitable holding for the weeks and months ahead... then Yes

Annoying at the moment... and makes very little sense... but then what does these days on AIM?

If you can afford to hold for the next few days, I think anyone in at £8.50 or below will be more than happy as things progress. This is too good a buying opportunity to overlook and as soon the market gears up again after the "long" August holiday... we should consistently be motoring back up.

I'm sitting tight. Could have sold at a profit earlier this am.. but even at today's high of £8 it still looked like a bargain to me!!!!!!!

"Dud Sparkler" that did make me laugh... and just about sums up my sentiment for 90% of my share investments this year...

2019 started with such a fanfare of promise... a new dawn for undervalued oil and mining companies... yet here we are over half way through and most are valued even lower!

Such a shame, as GGP has really progressed well on a number of fronts... none of which seem to have helped the SP in this continuing dud sparkler market :-(

I think a slight drift downward is almost inevitable - especially whilst we await further updates. Don't see it going lower than 1.69... and in any case I'm confident this will soon be corrected very early September when I predict the next RNS to land... so all good going forward!

I've long since realised that you need to stretch your reward horizon repeatedly with this share - otherwise the SP's stubborn refusal to break even 2p... let alone the high figures many have been predicting for the past couple of years now... just gets you down.

The fact we have another 225,813,513 shares landing tomorrow might have something to do with it. Regardless of volume, placings "always" hold the SP back on AIM.
August is also historically a poor month to release positive news as it never seems to gain traction. September should see some consistent SP growth and stronger buy sentiment IMHO
