Does anyone know if Frasers held a stake in THG before it floated? According to ChatGPT, they did:

Sounds like poor data to me, but I wasn’t involved then obviously…..

Would you now see MA as one of those Ingenuity shareholders that would bid to take this private 1P?

I think we need to put the working and personal relationships in the mix too. I’m not sure Kelso (who are led by a NED of BooHoo) and Mike Ashley, would make good bedfellows at the moment.

Feels like the future hinges on whether the relationship between MA and MM is non-friendly or friendly.

I don’t disagree Novice, but he could have been buying under 3% for some time. We just don’t know.

Does anyone know:

1. What % holding total shorts have, including undeclared?

2. What % of shares are not held firmly? So what percentage are actually likely to be traded….

I know I’m asking for the holy grail, but on historic posting, some on here may have an idea…..

Well someone bought the OVMK shares, when they sold out…. I think that was in the region of 1.89%

MA could just be buying because it’s a good investment to make money, like with ASOS, where he built a position and started selling after share price increase….

So, if the FTSE tracker related buyers need 7%, the pool of available shares is getting smaller….

This was quite thinly traded in the 20’s and Dowgate Cape Wrath appear to still be holding their entire stake, having bought in at around 50p, expecting a decent return. One to hold for me.

On HL, our shares are showing as TheHut.com Limited. As I understand it, they are not trade-able until I contact HL and ask them to sell them. That’s as much as I can add to what Cong has said.
